在铺设地暖系统时,建筑施工单位的工程人员对地暖管固定采用的施工方法,直接影响到工程质量和施工效率。因此,管材固定的手段是否得当对于地面供暖系统今后的运行质量和服务寿命起到至关重要的作用,若固定方法不当可能为地暖工程留下隐患。并且不同材质的地暖管对固定方式及复制配件是有特定要求的。

目前大多数地暖公司采用塑料卡钉固定地暖管,塑料卡钉又分为一对倒齿,两对倒齿,三对倒齿以及配钢钉作用等几种;其中两对倒齿塑料卡钉的使用优势明显,其倒齿的力学角度设计合理,倒挂力强,因而国内外地暖施工单位都大量采用两对倒齿的塑料卡钉。一对和三对倒齿的塑料卡钉因为耐脱拔力及拉力太小,现在基本被施工单位所淘汰。

塑料卡钉又分为手工用和机械用两种,手工用是指施工人员直接用手把卡钉插入保温层,这种用途的卡钉主要考虑施工人员的手感舒适度,以提高施工效率;机械用主要是指卡钉枪施工,这能大幅度降低施工人员的劳动强度,熟练的卡钉枪手在进行施工时几乎能达到跑步的速度。卡钉枪对塑料卡钉的要求严格,尺寸大小要完全一致,不能有一个次品,因为每一个塑料卡钉的质量都会影响到卡钉枪的使用效果。

还有少数施工单位认为用钢丝网和尼龙扎带直接固定地暖管,能够提高地面承重能力,这是不科学的。首先,用于地暖施工的钢丝网直径一般在2mm左右,与土建施工中采用的6mm以上直径的钢筋强度相差甚远,而且钢丝网下部紧贴铝箔纸(或聚苯板),浇注在它之上的混凝土与钢丝网在半结合状态,是无法提高地面承重能力的。若因钢丝网而选用低密度的聚苯板,而使用塑料卡钉固定容重低于20kg/3m的聚苯板是很难固定住管材的,这样反而会留下地面开裂的隐患。另外,由于塑料管材与钢丝网的热膨胀系数不一样,在温度剧烈变化时,钢丝网与地暖管材的挤压将对管材造成直接损坏。
There are also a few construction units that believe that the use of wire mesh and nylon straps to fix the floor heating pipe directly can improve the ground load-bearing capacity, which is unscientific. Firstly, the diameter of wire mesh used in geothermal construction is generally about 2 mm, which is far from the strength of steel bars with diameters above 6 mm in civil construction. Moreover, the lower part of the wire mesh is closely attached to aluminum foil (or polyphenyl board), and the concrete poured on it is semi-combined with the wire mesh, which can not improve the bearing capacity of the ground. If the low density polyphenylene board is chosen because of the wire mesh, and the polyphenylene board with the fixed volume weight of less than 20kg/3m is difficult to fix the pipe, which will leave the hidden danger of ground cracking. In addition, because the thermal expansion coefficient of plastic pipe is different from that of steel wire mesh, the extrusion of steel wire mesh and geothermal pipe will cause direct damage to the pipe when the temperature changes dramatically.
所以,要增强地面承重能力及防止地面出现裂缝,应该把钢丝网铺在已固定好的管材上面,这才是比较合理的施工方法。
Therefore, in order to enhance the bearing capacity of the ground and prevent cracks on the ground, the wire mesh should be laid on the fixed pipes, which is a more reasonable construction method.
